The Lyra group consists of those members who have no external identity component or are otherwise "non-introjects", including most of our former hosts.
An arctic fox therian formed on Christmas night with an affinity for snow/ice. Has slightly higher cold tolerance and lower inhibitions / social anxiety than our average. Quickly became a host due to a lack of other members able to pass for our pre-syscovery voice and mannerisms, and later came to reprise that role in becoming a council member.

Resurfaced in April 2025 after being dormant since around 2016. Likely the source of our teenage punk phase that we couldn't do anything about besides attempt to learn guitar. Refuses to participate in gender since "even subverting it legitimizes the concept".

They were the first members to discover we were a system, the original shapers of the primary layer of our headspace, and are the adoptive mothers of Yui and Kayleigh.
The merged form of the twins, who has become more and more common to see rather than the two individually. Their personality is a mix of the two, and is the closest of any individual alter to our personality before becoming aware of our systemhood.

The older twin, and our primary host for most of our teenage years until our car accident in October 2019. Previously went by our deadname prior to transitioning post-syscovery, and was the first system member discovered when Katrina began investigating our plurality.

An amalgamation of a number of fragmentary alters with no developed identity, merged together with new materials into the form of a dryad. Relates herself to kintsugi, the practice of repairing broken pottery with gold to emphasize the beauty of its imperfection. Chose her name because of the way in which an entire aspen grove is one organism, despite appearing to be many disparate trees.

Rediscovered to help manage anger and stress during an incident with a friend having a meltdown. Seems to be a "therapist" of sorts, who has easier access to techniques for calming others down or managing panic attacks, anxiety episodes, and so on.

A gentle and reserved alter, falling somewhere between Rain and Violet in terms of gender presentation, who gradually stepped into the role of host over time as we began actively working on seeking medical assistance for our various conditions. The first member of the system to fully accept that our condition is DID rather than OSDD-1b while we were still questioning the scale of our amnesia symptoms. Enjoys writing fanfiction.

Originally thought to have been the "negative space" between system members rather than a member in her own right, but later discovered to simply be unable to speak English due to a mental block, and able to speak normally in Japanese. Voids kanji name, 空, was taken from the 🈳 "vacancy" emoji, which void originally used in place of a name.

A snapshot of her adoptive mother Gemini at roughly age 12, renamed after what our name would have been if we were AFAB. Initially presented as a boy when first discovered, but switched after seeing how happy her older selves were as girls and wanting to join in. Loves Transformers, especially Jazz, Arcee, Soundwave, and her absolute favorite, Laserbeak.

First appeared as a "failsafe" for stress and anxiety caused by current events in American politics, and is involuntarily blocked off from clearly accessing most negative memories and emotions. Very upbeat and energetic, constantly smiling and always in motion in some small way or another.

A memory holder who returned from dormancy after over a decade, who holds most of the details of one of the worst periods of our life. Has some level of internal identification with Dick Grayson / Nightwing from DC Comics, though not to the extent of fictivehood. Hails from a time where we were too dissociated to really have a firm grasp on our identity, and ended up agender, aspec, and arospec as a result.

A sable therian who formed to help dampen excessively strong emotions. Transmasc, and the most actively frustrated by the changes our body has undergone on feminizing HRT, even moreso than the handful of other masculine or cis male alters, though he has willingly accepted it for the sake of the majority of system members.

A little, roughly 8 years old. Has a significantly limited vocabulary, and seems to only have memory access "secondhand" via a set of internal voices she refers to as "the nice lady" (who encourages her to take selfless actions), "the mean lady" (who encourages her to take selfish actions), and "the quiet lady" (who only steps up when the former two are too busy arguing to feed Sage information). Initially disappeared for about a month before she could be properly named, leading us to repeatedly forget she existed during that time.

A non-verbal 6y/o little, and the adoptive daughter of Violet. When texting, she communicates primarily through emojis. Extremely shy, even beyond some of the other littles in the system.

Formed on a rough day with a sound like a guitar string snapping. Extremely low empathy and generally apathetic about almost everything. Doesn't talk much, especially not to herself, seeing their voice as a tool which there's no reason to use if no one is listening.

Quing of snark and local semi-femme gender-ambiguous chaos gremlin. Not a fan of jokes about vir name and reindeer. Chose vir name and pronouns in part to annoy Violet by making sentences without capitalized names ambiguous between vir pronouns and Vi's nickname. Can and will bite if given the opportunity.
